Making it Important

If we are to make what we do important to others, we must first make it important to ourselves. Others will only perceive our causes as important when we truly believe in them. All of it has to be important whether its counting a whole note for the thousandth time or learning a new scale. It all has to be important. Even if it is just taking your instrument home, when you know you don't have a test. It has to be that important.

I think what we do is important. Every bit of it. Whether its just keeping the band room clean and in order or trying out for region band. It all has a great affect on others. When it becomes so important to us, others will not be able to help but to make it a priority too.
