The Goals

Here are the goals for the band that the students leaders and myself established over the past two days:

This year

1. Higher playing standards

2. Portray a more classy, disciplined image

3. Finish Top 5 in the state in marching

4. Put 10 students in All-State Band

Goals to Accomplish over the next 5 Years

1. Grow the band in size

2. Finish top 5 in the state consistently

3. Be invited to play at major conventions

4. Make finals at a Bands of America regional competition

5. Have 25 or more students in All-State Band.

These are goals that will be difficult to reach... but then isn't anything that is worthwhile difficult?
