Dutch Fork High School Marching Band - Finalist at Bands of America - Towson, Maryland
This is the first time Dutch Fork has ever made finals at any BOA event. Way to go!

That's really exciting!! I'm proud of everyone... it must have been quite an experience to have been announced as a finalist band at BOA.
What an experience...what a thrill as we watch the kids leave it all on the field. Chills went up and down my arms as they did it all. I saw less and less mistakes. It was a heart wrenching time as they read the the finalist names and they waiting til the 8th name to call ours. They read them in random order. At last the name was called and I looked at brady as a look of 'I knew we could' came over his face and then the big smile.
We came back to finals with a winning attitude. We are somebody, but still understanding that who we are in SC now is ahead of us at State. We will go with proud leaders, parents and staff knowing whatever happens there, they can't take BOA from us!
