A Bump in the Road
Lately we have been stuck. Or so it may seem. Sometimes when things seem like they are not getting any better, they actually are about to get a lot better. I don't know why, but it works that way. We are at a bump in the road. We will either get over it or fall down. The season is half way over and now we get to what we have worked for... competitions. There will be no second chances at competitions. We get one shot to make our impression. Lately some things beyond our control have been affecting us. It seems like those are the things that are the most difficult to deal with.
All I really want on Saturday night is to know that we all did our best and maybe even did things that we didn't know we could.

I wish there was a way to show us what you see wrong through your eyes. A video from your perspective of the wrong doings in the performance possibly. This would greatly help us improve what is wrong. Not just a video of the performance from in the stands, but a video that gets up close and personal. i dont think some members understand what may be wrong. so to take time, and point them out in an up close video, would probably help & not to mention it'd bring a few people out. Not saying that that's a good thing, but atleast it would help those that think they are "right at everything." Just a suggestion.
you are doing a great job Mr. Brady & it will show this Saturday. i can almost promise it. we're just intentionally scaring you right now :)
I would much rather spend time getting better and working rather than watching videos. You will certainly get a video and many tapes this weekend.
