Day 4: Session 2

We are where we want to be going into the end of week one of band camp. We have the entire first part of the show on the field and we are playing better every day. We spent the afternoon inside working on music. Most of our efforts were on spent on the "Dark" portion of the show. It is my favorite. Lots of emotion. Tomorrow will be spent cleaning part 1. We will not add any drill tomorrow.

I am pretty tired. When I got home I had to cut up a tree that fell in the yard during last nights storm. Oh well, no rest for the weary. It was actually kind of fun. I have always said I might not be the most talented or smartest person in the world but nobody will out work me!

This week at band camp has been a pleasure!
