A Productive Monday

Things went pretty well at rehearsal today. After a somewhat slow start, we got somethings done. This weekend will be little different. There will 27 bands at Boiling Springs and we will once again be competing a class higher than our official classification. We will really see how we compare to the upstate bands. We will definitely need to turn it up a notch if we want to win our class. The students seemed pretty proud today and they should be. Just remember that as the season progresses we will have to progress as well because it is assured that the other bands will continue to get better. The funny thing about winning is that it just makes me want to win even more! We need to have an outstanding Tuesday rehearsal and stay focused on the ultimate goal.

We compete in a high class to help us improve because if we can stand up to higher class it won't make us content with our success. Beside that is just plan fun to go up against the big guys!
